I have been really impressed with the communication and professionalism of Claire. She sourced tradesmen for me and updated me with developments throughout the process of finding a tenant and getting my house ready to rent out. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful and I’m glad she handled my tenancy.

Over the last 7 years we have used different agencies but have found Simpsons to be the best. They have been open, honest, supportive and have gone above and beyond. We will certainly use them again.

The whole sales team made the process stress free and sold the house to a real buyer in days, completing in less than a month whilst I was overseas - what more could one ask for?

Zac promptly dealt with any issues from both myself and the buyer, making me feel a valued customer, and gave the impression nothing was too much trouble.

Simpsons explained everything throughly throughout the whole process and no question went unanswered. Buying and selling a house is a stressful experience but everyone at Simpsons goes out of their way to make it as straightforward as they can. Thank you.

Zac represented here and sold me my property. Communication was strong throughout the sales process and great advice given. We negotiated and re-negotiated with success making this a painless and positive process. He was also great in chasing up solicitors and went above and beyond his role to see the sale through. Very welcoming at the end process too after the sale. A congratulations and welcome card was given. Zac ensured “after sale” that I had all the Keys and utilities were up-to date. All in all; a smooth and at times slick process gives me the confidence in recommending Simpson and Partners to anyone buying a home.

Fast sale and professional service, I can’t fault it from start to finish!! I have bought and sold 15 houses over the years and this is definitely the best service I have ever received from an Estate Agent, especially given the pandemic and extra difficulties involved.

Josh Betts at Burton Latimer has been just amazing; sadly our solicitors have delivered a very disappointing level of communication and Josh has tracked the sale closely, liaising with skill between myself and our buyer so we could work as a team to push things through. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

At times I was waiting days for responses to queries from my solicitors, with phones and emails not being answered, the on-line tracker not being kept up to date and mostly, it was only Josh who kept me informed when I was left clueless as to where in the process we were.

I have found Josh at all times, proactive, immensely helpful, responsive and very proactive, he really does have amazing people skills. Sometimes people are too quick to complain, I wanted to give Josh the credit he really deserves.

Whilst searching for a new home to buy, I have found many of the other agents sadly lacking in pro-activity, I viewed some 10 houses and can honestly say that most of the agents didn't even call me for my feedback after viewings or call to tell me when new houses came to the market that may be of interest. Simpsons on the other hand really understood my needs and tried very hard to find me my next property and always asked for feedback.

Josh was very knowledgeable about the property, the local area and has obviously studied the finer details to be able to answer any questions we had. My experience at Simpson and Partners (Thrapston ) has always been excellent.

I am a landlord and have used their services in finding several tenants and managing the rented property. I mainly dealt with the very knowledgeable and efficient Leanne Brown. She not only made the experience easier but pleasant.

Selling our farmhouse with Simpson and Partners has been a very positive experience. Andrew and his team worked very hard covering every aspect of the sale, from the initial meeting to discuss marketing to property to finding a buyer, Andrew, Jacqui and Kerrie have been extremely professional and diligent. We chose Simpson and Partners based on their presence in the area having been established here for some time but also on their marketing, they had just launched a new website and were very active on social media. We were lucky to have been one of the first properties with a 360 degree experience tour which during lock down was apparently viewed over 500 times and resulted in a sale within a week of restrictions being lifted. I would highly recommend Simpson and Partners if selling or looking to buy.

Would highly recommend Simpson and Partners and more specifically Leanne who was very friendly and helped make the process run completely smoothly. 

My wife and I decided to place our home on the market and we chose Simpson and Partners of Kettering. 

I made a phone call to their office at 9.30am. By 10.30am the manager, Tom, was talking to me on the phone outlining his company’s strategy and enthusiasm to take on our house sale. 

I was in his office at 11am having further discussions and getting the house on the market. I later received a call to arrange a viewing for 2.15pm. An offer was made (full asking price) at 3pm. House marketed and sold in 4 hours!!”

We would personally like to thank you for once again providing an excellent service with respect to our buy to let property. We purchased a nearly new build with Simpsons acting as the estate agent. On completing the deal we were offered your services.  You got in touch and proceeded to explain the whole letting process, you also explained that you would be carrying out all steps personally. The property was let with no hitches or problems at all. The property has now become vacant again and once again the letting process has been handled with the same professionalism and expertise.

The points to be made is that Claire does her job efficiently and with dedication.

If Claire says she will call back, she will.

If Claire says she will send you a letter, it will be in the post.

If Claire says she will reply by e-mail she will.

At times, due to work commitments, I cannot take phone calls, I tell Claire when I am available and she fits me into these times.

This may not sound much but a lot of people cannot do the above, I have found that Claire has never missed. On top of this, her skill in finding satisfactory tenants is superb. We have had no tenant problems at all. Maybe the best compliment is that, being new to buy to let, we had many questions. Every question was treated with respect and every question answered and explained.  I must confess I felt I had some stupid questions and things I did not understand. Every question was answered professionally and with no problem at all.

Claire is very professional and confident and a love for the job shines through. We have complete trust in all the work that Claire does.

I thoroughly recommend these Estate Agents – No stuffy, creepy sales reps here!!  We sold and bought through them and our buyers also sold through them! Each and every member of staff we dealt with were attentive and professional, but not afraid to lighten the mood and keep us reassured even during the most stressful times (particularly Sam and Jade). They were pivotal in working with solicitors and others in the chain to ensure it all happened. I am sure when we come to move again we’ll use them again – although we will stay put for a bit now!
