The newest of Simpson and Weekley's offices, the Wellingborough office opened in July 2016

Situated just 11 miles from Northampton and 45 minutes by train from London it’s not hard to see why the market town of Wellingborough is becoming an increasingly popular destination for home seekers with 12,800 additional homes to be built in the next few years. The borough has a population of 76,000 and is surrounded by a host of attractive villages. Schooling is provided by 3 secondary schools and a co educational independent, Wellingborough School. Local amenities include a good selection of restaurants and bars, a library and museum, sports clubs for rugby, football, cricket, tennis and golf and a local theatre, the Castle.

The Wellingborough branch is managed by Mark Weekley, whose job it is to ensure that the team delivers the same brand of consistent, superior service built on core principles of honesty, integrity and expertise for which the Simpson and Weekley brand is justifiably known.

Mark is joined by Jess, Nikki and Jessica on the sales team, Nicola and Tiff on the Lettings team, Jemma our Branch Administrator and Sales Chaser and Diane Wright, an in house mortgage broker who completes the set up in Wellingborough.

Lettings Administrator

I have worked for Simpson and Weekley for 4 years now within sales and lettings, but have approx 9 years experience within the industry. My current role is now a Lettings Administrator at Simpson & Weekley. I enjoy my role assisting the Lettings department but also love that I get to help in all areas of the office using past experience as a negotiator. I am married and have two young children who keep me busy, but I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Trainee Sales Negotiator

After working for 13 years in the hair and beauty industry, I felt it was time for a change. I decided that after following the process of house buying throughout my own purchase, this line of work would appeal to me. I have now been doing the role for 8 months and have learnt so much and I am really enjoying the job and love the people I work with in the office. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and running around after my 2 children!

I joined Simpson & Weekley when we first opened in 2010 and set up the Lettings Department. I am extremely passionate about my job and strive to give all of my clients the best possible service. Having lived in Rushden all my life, I find local knowledge is paramount to being able to achieve this.

In 2010 I decided to open a new Estate Agency and partnered with Andrew Simpson giving us the added strength of the Simpson and Partners network. Every day is different, never boring and full of challenges, I am lucky enough to have a fantastic team that work tirelessly. I have lived in the town all my life, am married, we have a beautiful daughter, I play football for Rushden & Higham FC and am a leader at the Wesleyan Church.

I started working at Simpson and Partners in 2009 and moved onto Simpson and Weekley later that year. I'm really passionate about my job and love working with different people, including my team in Rushden!

Jemma Leadbetter


I studied English and Communication at University and started working for Simpson and Partners not long after in September 2015 as an Administrator for the Wellingborough branch, I now also do the sales progression and I love my job. Being a village girl and living locally in Little Harrowden all my life helps with knowing local areas vendors and buyers are selling and buying!
